Our 4K boxes and their remotes
FormulerQuebec is an authorized Formuler reseller. We picked two boxes and their remotes, and we know them inside out.
The remotes, also sold on their own
Lost between two cushions or chewed by the dog? Each box has its own.

4K the way it should look
Both boxes play 4K at 60 frames per second in HDR10+ and HLG, decode AV1 and H.265, and support Widevine L1 for the streaming services that require it.

Questions
Z10 or Z12 Pro: which one?
Take the Z12 Pro if your TV is wired to the router, if you want more room for apps or if you want the voice remote. The Z10 is plenty for watching over Wi-Fi on a tighter budget.
Will it work with my TV?
Yes, if it has an HDMI input. For 4K and HDR you need a 4K HDR TV and content offered in those formats.
Does the box include channels or a subscription?
No. The Z10 and the Z12 Pro are players: you install the apps and services you subscribe to.
Wi-Fi or network cable?
Both. Both models have dual-band Wi-Fi. Over a cable, the Z12 Pro reaches 1000 Mb/s (Gigabit) and the Z10 100 Mb/s.
I lost my remote. What now?
Order the one for your model in the shop. The Z12 Pro remote pairs over Bluetooth; the Z10's IR1 universal remote is infrared and needs no pairing.
Can the remote control my TV?
Yes. The Z10's IR1 universal remote learns your TV's commands with its TV keys, and the Z12 Pro remote controls your TV with universal infrared.
How much power does the box use?
12 W at most when on and 0.5 W at most in standby, for both models.
Can I get free over-the-air channels?
Yes, with a USB tuner sold separately, such as the Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD. The channels you receive depend on your area.
